St Hallett Eden Valley Riesling
Vibrant light straw with green hues, this wine showcases a delicate bouquet of lemon blossoms, limes and perfumed florals. The palate excites with layers of limes and lemon zest flavors, underlined by subtle florals, and a good persistence and minerality that lingers.
Winemaking
The Riesling grapes were received at optimum ripeness and acidity levels - so critical to the delicate fresh lively style that is the St Hallett Eden Valley Riesling wine style. The fresh citrus flavors were preserved through gentle handling, minimal intervention, and by keeping the fruit and juices as cool as possible, thus promoting fine pristine characters of this variety. Minimal handling and attention to detail throughout ensures the delicate aromatics of the Eden Valley Riesling are not compromised.
