Garlic and Ginger Prawns on Asian Salad

6 prawn cutlets
30 grams ginger, finely chopped
3 garlic gloves, finely chopped
2 lemons
Fish sauce
Sesame oil
Rice vermicelli noodles
Fresh coriander
2 carrots
2 celery storks
Bean sprouts
Bamboo shoots
Chilly flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper
Marinate prawns in garlic ginger and juice of lemon, as well as the zest of the lemon, season salt and pepper. Salad; pour boiling hot water of the rice noodles and let them soak for 5 minutes, than cool under cold water. Make a dressing with sesame oil fresh coriander, lemon juice and mix well through noodles after they have been drained. Chop the celery and carrots into julienne and mix into salad as well as bean sprouts and bamboo shoots. Add dressing to salad in a large bowl. Heat frying pan sauté the prawns on medium heat until they are nicely colored. Place on top of salad and garnish with chili flakes.
